Presenting Promise Wedding Fayres 2024 Spring/Summer series. These dates will take us up to June 2024. Our Autumn fayres (Sept - October) will be announced on Thursday 28th March at 8pm via our mailing list. Sign up here to receive updates.

Sunday 14th April - Celtic Manor Golf Club (Chairman's Marquee)

Sunday 19th May - Swansea .com Stadium

Sunday 2nd June - The Pavilion at Pembrokeshire County Showground, Haverfordwest

Sunday 23rd June - The Orangery at Margam Park

PRIORITY LISTS

Some of our categories are in high demand, therefore we have implemented a PRIORITY system for bookings.

If you have enquired about a fayre that has been launched but is full for your category (and you’ve not been able to get onto any fayres for that series*) you will be placed on the priority list for the next available fayre at that venue or similar coming up in the next season.

The priority lists are contacted in order of their initial enquiry before the next series of fayres are launched giving you first refusal for that fayre. This does not guarantee a place as all enquiries are contacted in order to ensure fairness.

The priority list also puts you in line for any cancellations.

Names on the priority list will only roll over to the following series.

A non-refundable £50 deposit will be required to secure the booking* and the balance payable no later than 1 month prior to the event.

Completing the booking form does not gaurantee a booking. All bookings will be confirmed via email within 48 hours.
